Experimenting Hovercrat

This week's engineering subject need us to demostrate a simple experiment.My group will explain the basic concept of hovercraft.Made from balloon and plastic plate,the hovercraft will float a few seconds and move around randomly.I wonder how to create a large one with cheap cost.
